Location : Qingdao Principal Accountabilities - Develop a deep insights into this trade and develop understanding of Industry Context & Trends. - Set-up the procurement network in various growing areas with effective control systems in place - Procurement of Chilies through open market or captive program from various areas as per the plan - Establishing Key Quality & Specs parameters in the market and ensuring the procured material complies with the same - Leading the procurement team including recruitment & training - Manage Key relationships i.e. Suppliers / Trade / Agents / manufacturers etc in this trade - Market Inmation : Collection & Analysis |
| 应聘要求 | Qualification / Experience - MBA Degree - Minimum 12-15 years of experience preferably in Agricultural Industry - Strong leadership & organization ability - Should have an understanding of inherent risks of the business & how to manage the same - Good commercial acumen - Data analysis skills & Problem Solving Skills - System & process orientation - Bilingual : Mandarin & English |
