PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures, providing technical support, direction and leadership to maintain plant efficiency standards. - Strategic planning and execution to enhance productivity, and efficiency throughout operations. - Develop and implement plans ensuring achievement of optimum volume of production each product produced in the factory - Daily review of production plans & permance, quality reports, interaction with QC lab technicians and Managers to ensure product specifications are met. - Manage and coordinate the maintenance department, including parts procurement and inventory control to minimize costs and maintain plant productivity thereby minimizing downtime. |
| 应聘要求 | KNOW HOW/EXPERIENCE: - Preferred 8-10 years of experience in operations management in Food Processing. Hands on experience on LEAN manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement Activities. Must have held significant managerial responsibilities in a Leading organization. |
