- Participates in the project planning activities and manages the execution of projects according to plan - Manages the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance - Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action - Communicate effectively with the project team and the customers and managers - Keep all members informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations - 参与项目前期规划，按计划管理整个项目的运作，确保项目质量 - 全面掌控项目的财务管理：制定整体预算并涵盖实施过程中可能出现的可变因素 - 分析项目风险，提前制定针对不可预见风险的计划，判断形势，组织减缓行动，降低风险 - 与项目组成员、客户和公司领导进行有效沟通 - 及时向与相关人员报告项目的进展情况，搜集反馈意见，使其向最好的方向发展 |
| 应聘要求 | - Bachelor degree in Project Management, Agriculture or related field - Minimum 8 years working experience and 3 years project management experience in multinational agricultural related industry - Strong leadership and project management skills, have the capability to drive teams to higher performances - Good interpersonal skill, active, initiative personality and proactive attitude - Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese - Requires frequent travel outside the province. - Reporting to Technical Manager (Vice President) - 本科学历，项目管理、农业或相关专业 - 至少8年工作经验，3年跨国公司农业相关领域项目管理经验 - 杰出的领导才能和项目管理能力 - 良好的人际交往能力，积极进取和具有前瞻性 - 优秀的普通话、英文语言沟通能力和书面表达能力 - 该职位需要经常外省出差 - 工作汇报对象：技术部经理（副总） |
